I am a licensed massage therapist offering compassionate, therapeutic care for people experiencing musculoskeletal pain, headache, and emotional distress.

Massage has the ability to interrupt pain signals in the body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Touch helps the body get out of “fight, flight or freeze,” and into “rest and digest.” 

I specialize in Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Craniosacral, NeuroAffective Touch, Trigger Point Therapy, Polarity Therapy, and Healing Touch.
